One of the best things I ever did for my business was put my blog onto Facebook -- I've had a lot of customers find me that way, and it's a great way to keep in touch with them without them having to go out of their way to check my blog.
In this tutorial I'm assuming that you already have your blog set up (on Blogger or Wordpress or whatever) and that you're already on Facebook. Once you've got that much done, here's what you do next:
Go here. You might have to sign up or something at this point, but I did that a while ago so I'm not sure.
There will be a button that says 'Add a New Blog'. Press that.

You'll get a page that you can fill out with information about your blog. Choose tags and write your description carefully -- this is how people will find your blog on Facebook.

Facebook will ask you if you're the author of this blog. Tell it yes.

This is where things get a little complicated -- because this is where you verify ownership of your blog. If you know anything about coding, choose 'Use our widget' (or email me privately and I can walk you through it); I'm not going to go into that here, because it's different for different blog hosts.
If not, pick 'Ask friends to verify you'. That's what I'll do here.

It'll give you a listing of your Facebook friends -- pick several people who know that's your blog. It'll ask them to verify you, and in the meantime, it'll give you this page:

From here, you can invite people to read your blog -- invite everyone you know, and remember to go back and invite people as you become friends with them later.

Once you have enough followers, it'll start displaying your blog posts on this page. It'll also automatically post them to your profile, so people can see and comment on them:

Anyway, once you're finished inviting people (for now), click on 'profile' -- not your Facebook profile, but your Networked Blogs profile. I know, they could have made that less confusing...

Click on 'Add to Profile' and 'Add to Info'. This will give your blog a little more exposure to anyone reading your (Facebook) profile.

And there you have it!
